Unifor Local 2488 members at Native Child and Family Services of Toronto have ratified a strong new three-year agreement running from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2028. The deal delivers:
- 3% annual wage increases
- Improved personal emergency and domestic violence leave
- Better mileage and meal allowances
“This agreement is an important step toward valuing the essential work our members do,” said Local 2488 President Andrea Lawrence.
